Sorry to hear that Dave is gone. I worked closely with Dave on a Design team at Naval Ordnance from 1981 through 1985. I learned a lot about design engineering from Dave.

Goodbye Dave, I won’t forget you.

My sympathy to David's family. He and I were at St. Meinrad together in the early 1960's; he was a year ahead of me. I even bought a used book or two from him at the required reading book sale.
Later, when running for re-election, I met him and his wife on Eastern Parkway, where he lived.
He was kind enough to support me and let me put a yard sign in his yard.
May he rest in God's arms forever.
