Joyce French Reagan, 81, passed away at home August 19, 2013 after a lengthy illness. She was born January 31, 1932 in Louisville, the daughter of Gus and Carrie French.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Don French and her grandson Nathaniel James Reagan.

We have been so blessed to have had her influence enriching our lives. In her earlier years, she was a religious education teacher, she was active in the CYO and she was one of the original volunteers in the creation of the Community Kitchen.

The family would like to thank Hosparus for the loving care they gave Joyce and in particular Joan and Kim who held our hands every step of the way. And to the many people who stepped forward to make Joyce’s life so rich and full with phone calls, visits, cards, prayers, and food.

A celebration of life will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. Cremation was chosen, following her wishes. There will be a Memorial Mass Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart.
